  • 1.准备食材:卷心菜、葱、姜、蒜、干辣椒、花椒;

  • 3.锅中油热后,放入切好的葱姜蒜和干辣椒爆香;
  • 4.然后放入卷心菜,快速翻炒;
  • 5.稍稍变色后放入适量盐翻炒均匀即可。
