英式肉桂苹果蛋糕
这款英式肉桂苹果蛋糕,融合了黄油、肉桂粉和苹果的味道,在蛋糕糊里加入了苹果粒,在口感上更有层次,很适合下午茶的甜点。

Steps to make 英式肉桂苹果蛋糕

  • 1.分别将2个苹果切片、切碎丁;
  • 2.将黄油在室温下软化,加入白糖,用打蛋器搅打发白;
  • 3.分三次加入蛋液,每次都要将蛋液与黄油充分拌匀后,再加入下一次的蛋液;
  • 4.加入牛奶、筛入低粉、泡打粉;
  • 5.将粉状物与黄油、牛奶充分拌匀;
  • 6.倒入苹果碎丁,拌匀;
  • 7.将蛋糕糊装入裱花袋,挤入蛋糕模具内(我用的是6寸的活底蛋糕模)
  • 8.挤入蛋糕糊后,将蛋糕模具震几下,将蛋糕糊震平整后铺上苹果片;
  • 9.撒上少许肉桂粉(不喜欢的可以不加);
  • 10.烤箱预热后放入,170度烤制40分钟即可.
