  • 1.把所有材料准备好。
  • 2.秋刀鱼洗干净,用筷子伸入鱼肚子里搅一圈。
  • 3.再轻轻地把鱼腮拖出来,这样会连同鱼肚子里的内脏一起处理干净。
  • 4.在鱼身两面切成均匀的一字斜刀。
  • 5.用厨房纸吸干水分。
  • 6.加入胡椒粉和盐。
  • 7.加入料酒,翻抖均匀,腌制20分钟以上以便入味(煎之前再用厨房纸吸干水分)。
  • 8.热锅下油,油热后爆香姜片。
  • 9.一条一条地放入平底锅中。
  • 10.煎至两条金黄。
  • 11.挤入柠檬汁。
  • 12.轻轻地颠一下锅,让柠檬汁均匀地裹在鱼身上即可。
