春来野菜香,这种野葱想来大家不会陌生,我家一般是拿来和鸡蛋一起炒或做成蛋饼的,今天来换一种方法做成米饼,早餐来几个配粥什么的挺不错,趁热食用,外脆里软,咸香适口。

  • 1.野葱洗净。
  • 2.切成小段。
  • 3.两种米粉混合(我喜欢糯米里加点粘米,如果没有粘米光用糯米也是可以的)加入盐、糖。
  • 4.加开水用筷子搅拌。(开水可以先少加点,后面视情况再加。)
  • 5.加入切好的野葱。
  • 6.揉成软硬适中的团,在揉的后期可加一点色拉油,会不大粘手好操作些。
  • 7.做成一个个饼。
  • 8.不粘锅放少量油,煎成两面微黄香脆趁热食用。
