紫薯冰皮月饼
冰皮月饼原本从香港传过来的。20世纪80年代,冰皮月饼约已在香港的市场出售,但在当时也只有一家饼店推出。叫“冰皮月饼”的主要原因是它违反传统月饼的制作方式。因所有传统月饼都是由糖浆做皮,颜色是金黄色。而冰皮月饼的部分原料是糯米,做成的月饼外观呈白色的,是在冷冻箱里保存就行了。
我今回也做了一次,原来简单的不得了,哈,我也会做月饼了,高兴啊!

  • 粘米粉35克
  • 澄粉20克
  • 色拉油20ML
  • 50克
  • 牛奶185克
  • 紫薯泥150克
  • 15克
  • 黄油20克
  • 牛奶15克

Steps to make 紫薯冰皮月饼

  • 1.糯米粉 ,粘米粉 ,澄粉
  • 2.紫薯泥 、黄油 、糖 、牛奶 稍加热,搞拌均匀待用
  • 3.另用糯米粉,烧热锅,炒熟,做成糕粉
  • 4.把牛奶 、糖、色拉油加入粉类中
  • 5.静置30分钟
  • 6.放在蒸锅上,大火蒸20分钟
  • 7.晾凉
  • 8.取一粉团,约40-45克左右,按平,放上紫薯泥25克左右,包好
  • 9.在模里洒些糕粉,把包好薯泥的团团摁进模里,按实、按平
  • 10.脱模
  • 11.用保鲜盒装好,盖上盖子,放入冰箱,冷藏一夜,就可食用
  • 12.原来简单的不得了,哈,我也会做月饼了,高兴啊!Q口弹牙,好吃!
