蔓越莓司康(100%成功面包机版)
司康是一种传统的英式点心,当下午茶或早点都很不错!!这款蔓越莓司康吃起来有种神奇的感觉,不仅外脆内酥而且还能吃出红茶的味道,是不是很特别?!做法也很简单,大家不妨试做一下!

  • 低筋面粉150克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 蔓越莓20克
  • 少许
  • 无盐黄油50克
  • 牛奶50ml
  • 泡打粉4克

Steps to make 蔓越莓司康(100%成功面包机版)

  • 1.准备好材料。黄油室温下软化至可以用手指戳动即可,然后切小块备用
  • 2.将低筋面粉、泡打粉、细砂糖、盐和黄油混合在一起
  • 3.用手或是用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀,成颗粒状就可以了
  • 4.加入蔓越莓,搅拌一下
  • 5.再加入牛奶,用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀成面团
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜后放入冰箱内冷藏约1小时
  • 7.从冰箱中取出后,分成6份,揉成近圆形
  • 8.最后在表面涂一层牛奶(材料外),司康面团就完成~
  • 9.顺道介绍一下,今天的主角--面包机烤架,如果没有的话,可以放入面包桶内烘烤,或是用烤箱烘烤
  • 10.将烤架放入面包桶,菜单选到“19 烘烤”功能,时间设置30分钟,再按启动即可(我原本设了40分钟,后来发现30分钟就可以了,所以时间随情况调节)
  • 11.烘烤结束后取出即可
