  • 1.食材:鸡腿(已让卖家去骨)姜片、胡椒粉、生抽、花雕酒、叉烧酱
  • 2.去骨鸡腿放在案板上,把肉厚的地方切开,不要切破鸡皮,让鸡腿肉薄厚一致,这样在卷制的时候会更容易些。
  • 3.处理好的鸡腿放入容器中,加入姜片、料酒、少许白胡椒粉、生抽、叉烧酱等所有调料。
  • 4.加入所有调料的鸡腿抓匀,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏腌渍。(最少也要腌渍2小时,腌渍时间越长越入味,我整整腌渍了24小时)
  • 5.取出腌好的鸡腿,放在锡纸上
  • 6.把鸡肉从一边卷起
  • 7.用锡纸像卷糖果一样收紧卷起,两头捏好
  • 8.分别卷好后放在烤盘上,放入预热200度的烤箱,考20分钟
  • 9.烤20分钟将锡纸打开,表面刷蜂蜜或者腌制的酱汁。
  • 10.刷好蜜汁后继续烤10分钟即可。
  • 11.稍稍晾凉,切块开吃吧!
