煎牛排
牛排选用牛里脊,都是瘦肉,而且肉质也嫩,咱这一块牛里脊可是货真价实的整牛肉,完全不是零散的拼接肉,在腌制之前先用小锤子敲一敲,这样让牛肉的组织更松散一些,也更容易入味,嚼起来口感也更好。

Steps to make 煎牛排

  • 1.牛排选择牛里脊,肉质比较嫩,先去掉筋膜再冲洗干净。
  • 2.用小锤子反复敲打,使肉质疏松更容易入味,也更好嚼。
  • 3.挤上适量的烤肉料,用手两面都抹匀,再按摩一会儿,使之入味。
  • 4.放上姜片,盖上保鲜膜放到冰箱冷藏里腌制,腌制的时间越长,牛排越入味,至少也得4小时比较好,我这个腌制了一个晚上。
  • 5.煎锅里放一点食用油,把牛排放入锅里煎,注意火候不能太大,要慢慢煎。
  • 6.一面煎至变色,再翻过来煎另一面,时间不宜过长,注意火候。
  • 7.西兰花焯水断生,摆在盘子里,再把牛排盛出来,挤上黑胡椒酱,开始品尝吧。
