Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.1、准备好所有食材,大虾洗净剪掉须,去虾线,放入容器中,放姜末,料酒,腌制10分钟左右去腥。锅中放入适量油,大火烧开,油翻滚后倒入腌制好的大虾爆炒。
  • 2.2、大虾爆炒至颜色金黄,如图所示,如果不上色则用铲子按压虾头,是虾头中红色液体流出更易上色。待大虾上色后放入少量生抽,翻炒一下,倒入开水,没过虾,加入3勺左右白糖。
  • 3.3、盖上锅盖大火烧开转小火,放适量盐,焖半小时左右,大火收汁。
