Steps to make 苹果派

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.黄油室温软化后打散,加入糖粉拌匀。
  • 3.分次加入蛋液。
  • 4.搅打均匀。
  • 5.筛入面粉、杏仁粉和盐的混合物。
  • 6.拌成面团,用保鲜膜包起来放入冰箱冷藏室30分钟。
  • 7.此时可以做派馅。苹果去皮去核切小块。
  • 8.黄油放入锅内加热融化。
  • 9.倒入25克白糖,加热至完全融化。
  • 10.加入苹果,再倒入25克白糖,加少许肉桂粉,加热后使砂糖和肉桂粉裹在苹果粒上。
  • 11.挤入柠檬汁,小火煮15分钟,直至苹果变软,水分收干,关火,待冷却。
  • 12.将面团从冰箱取出,擀成0.5厘米厚的薄片。
  • 13.放入派盘整形,放置松弛15分钟。
  • 14.派皮边缘刷蛋液。
  • 15.把苹果馅倒入派皮中。
  • 16.剩余的派皮切成条状。
  • 17.把切好的长条摆在派上编织成格子状,压紧后刷上蛋液。
  • 18.静置10分钟。
  • 19.放入预热好的烤箱,200度,20-25分钟。
