羊肉萝卜汤
买了两只羊腿,剔骨卷成肉卷用来涮羊肉,剩下的羊棒骨也不浪费,煮上一锅萝卜汤~~

Steps to make 羊肉萝卜汤

  • 1.羊棒骨从中间砸断,切三两片姜片。
  • 2.羊棒骨冷水下锅焯水,水沸后撇去浮沫。
  • 3.焯过水的羊棒骨从新起锅,放入清水,加入三两片姜片大火烧沸,转中小火炖煮。
  • 4.炖煮的时候处理白萝卜,白萝卜去皮切成滚刀块,香葱切葱花。
  • 5.煮至汤浓呈乳白色,汤浓肉烂,放入切好的白萝卜煮15分钟左右。
  • 6.加入少许枸杞食盐。
  • 7.再次煮2分钟即可关火。
  • 8.盛出,撒上香葱末即可。
