有一句民谚叫“大寒小寒,吃饺子过年。”你喜欢吃饺子吗?我家人都爱吃,小寒我们家吃了白萝卜鸡蛋木耳馅饺子,拌馅的时候我加了一袋葱油拌面汁,和我们在家自己做的不同,除了用到香葱,还加了红葱头,葱油味儿很浓,炸制中添加干贝,口味上更鲜,酿造酱油让低味酱汁吃着是浓香的口感,没有科技与狠活儿,解放自己,吃到放心健康的同时,也满足了味蕾。除了能吃到一碗咸鲜可口,滋香味浓的葱油拌面,用这个调料拌馅也相当不错,看看我是怎么做的。

  • 1.食材很简单,都是家里平常备着的。
  • 2.木耳温水泡发,择洗干净,切碎。萝卜去皮擦丝,挤去水分,用刀切几刀,不用切太碎。
  • 3.蒜苗、姜切碎。
  • 4.鸡蛋打入碗中,加1勺料酒,半勺盐,搅成蛋液。
  • 5.热锅凉油,油量比平时炒菜多,油热倒蛋液,用筷子不停搅拌,搅成颗粒,如果有大块,用铲子捣捣碎。
  • 6.加一把虾皮,炒香,没有或不喜欢可不放。
  • 7.加姜末和一半的蒜苗,炒出香味,关火。
  • 8.倒入萝卜和木耳,把剩余的蒜苗倒进去。加一包葱油拌面汁,半勺盐、半勺糖。酱汁和虾皮都是咸的,盐的量根据自家口味来定。
  • 9.葱油拌面汁本身味道就很香,油香,不用再加味精和香油。拌匀,盛出。
  • 10.包饺子,为了方便,买的饺子皮。
  • 11.锅中添水,水开下饺子,再开点半碗水,待沸腾饺子浮起,盛出。素饺子两滚就熟了。
