清蒸白鱼头

Steps to make 清蒸白鱼头

  • 1.把鱼去鳞去鳃去肚肠,洗净。准备葱,姜。
  • 2.把鱼对剖,并在鱼身横切几刀,里外用盐抹上。
  • 3.在鱼身放些姜片,倒入料酒。
  • 4.水开,隔水清蒸3分钟。
  • 5.把蒸鱼盆里的水倒掉。
  • 6.再蒸10分钟,闷2分钟,把姜片去掉,蒸鱼的汁再倒掉。
  • 7.撒些鸡精,倒适量蒸鱼豉油。
  • 8.在鱼身摆上姜丝。
  • 9.摆上葱丝。
  • 10.浇上热油即可。
