鱼干的品种很多,基本是每种鱼都可以做成鱼干,但是每种鱼干的吃法都是不一样的。安康鱼干是非常适合凉拌食用的,因为它肉质结实、紧密,有嚼头,用葱、蒜来凉拌非常适合下酒。

    Steps to make 【拌安康鱼干】--海边人家餐桌上的下酒菜

    • 1.主料:安康鱼干副料:红椒、蒜苔、大蒜调料:盐、生抽、糖、香醋、香油、鱼露、蚝油
    • 2.安康鱼干用清水浸泡24小时、泡好的安康鱼干放入锅中蒸制20分钟
    • 3.蒜苔和红椒切成段状
    • 4.大蒜捣成蒜蓉,将蒜蓉放入一碗中,碗中依次加入盐、生抽、糖、香醋、香油、鱼露、蚝油,混合均匀
    • 5.将蒸好的鱼干放凉后撕成鱼块
    • 6.将红椒、蒜苔、鱼块与蒜蓉混合搅拌均匀即可
