  • 1.材料准备。酸奶建议用浓稠酸奶,成品不会水滋滋。蓝莓清洗干净用厨房纸巾擦干。
  • 2.烤箱预热上下190度。酸奶倒入干净无水盆中,打入鸡蛋。
  • 3.打蛋器搅打混合均匀。
  • 4.加入零卡糖和玉米淀粉。继续搅打均匀。
  • 5.建议过滤入垫了油纸的模具中。均匀放上5颗蓝莓。
  • 6.放入预热好的烤箱中层。185-190度,烤40分钟。烤的过程蛋糕会膨胀。
  • 7.烤完上色满意,出炉冷凉,慢慢回缩。
