早餐一定要吃好,还要快,总是单一的面包会吃够,黑芝麻汤圆,其实操作起来非常快,可以提前晚上做好馅和面,早上起来,一边烧水一边包,10分钟就OK了。即使不提前做馅和面,也就加个5分钟时间,糯米粉不用饧,和好就可以包,煮的时候加一个荷包蛋,配上自己喜欢的小酱菜,吃的饱,吃的好~

Steps to make 黑芝麻汤圆

  • 1.米粉加温水和成面团,根据糯米粉的含水量不同,可以适当调节水的用量,和好的粉面团,用力捏会散,轻轻揉动又会团在一起的状态。
  • 2.熟黑芝麻用料理机打成粉末状
  • 3.黑芝麻粉里放入糖和玉米油,(当然喜欢吃猪油的可以放猪油,会更香)
  • 4.拌匀
  • 5.把馅分成小圆球。汤圆可大可小,所以可以按照自己的喜好做大小
  • 6.揪下一小块面团,团成球形,在捏成碗状
  • 7.放入一个黑芝麻馅,包好团圆。
  • 8.都依次做好。
  • 9.烧水,水烧到出现鱼眼泡的时候,先打一个鸡蛋,待鸡蛋成形,水在烧开,放入包好的汤圆,看到汤圆浮起,在小火煮2分钟即可。
  • 10.配上一碗自己做的酱胡萝卜,非常可口。
