  • 1.新鲜牡蛎肉洗净,沥干水分
  • 2.葱姜切丝
  • 3.牡蛎肉放入葱姜丝入味儿30分钟,然后放入适量的盐
  • 4.面粉1:1淀粉加少许泡打粉加一个蛋黄及适量的清水
  • 5.调成发酵糊
  • 6.猪大油,肥肉炼制而成
  • 7.牡蛎沾上猪油码盘放入冰箱冷冻稍微定型
  • 8.椒盐备好
  • 9.热锅加油烧至八成热,牡蛎肉沾糊炸制
  • 10.炸至成型捞出,油温继续烧至八成半复炸上色即可
