  • 老抽一小勺
  • 蚝油一小勺
  • 白糖一大勺
  • 料酒一大勺
  • 少许
  • 蜂蜜一勺

Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧肉

  • 1.猪肉洗净,我要了一点点带肥肉的,吃起来香。
  • 2.切成几块,这样烤的时候容易入味。
  • 3.用牙签多扎些洞洞便于入味。
  • 4.李锦记叉烧酱,葱姜丝。
  • 5.除蜂蜜外,其他辅料倒入碗里。
  • 6.调匀。
  • 7.将猪肉,葱姜丝,调好的酱汁倒入玻璃饭盒里。
  • 8.给肉肉充分按摩。
  • 9.密封腌制二十分钟。
  • 10.择出葱姜丝丢掉。
  • 11.继续腌制入味,中间如果有时间翻面几次入味均匀,我放在冰箱里密封腌制了24小时。
  • 12.取出放入烤网上,要垫两层锡纸哦,防止漏汁。
  • 13.烤箱180度预热后放入中层,我烤了四十分钟。
  • 14.取一勺蜂蜜,加一勺水,比例为1:1。
  • 15.中间翻面两三次,每次刷上蜂蜜水。
  • 16.烤制中。
  • 17.时间到,完美出炉!
  • 18.色泽红亮,甜咸香啊!
  • 19.稍微冷却一下,赶紧拍照啦!
  • 20.成品图。
  • 21.待晾凉一些切片食用。
  • 22.太香啦,好吃到停不下来哦!
