  • 1.所有食材
  • 2.水油皮 500克面粉 、60克猪油、水和酵母揉成光滑的面团发酵
  • 3.发酵至2倍
  • 4.油酥 150克面粉 、100克猪油搅拌
  • 5.水油皮和油酥各分成16份
  • 6.水油皮压扁,油酥放在水油皮上,用手的虎口收口
  • 7.把圆团压扁,擀成牛舌状,上下叠起
  • 8.擀成成条
  • 9.再上下叠起
  • 10.擀成长形放入烤盘里
  • 11.涂上蜂蜜水,散上芝麻,烤箱180度预热5分钟放入烤箱中层上下烤25分钟
