Steps to make 润燥清新绿豆芋圆

  • 1.准备原材料,芋头洗净上锅煮至软糯,绿豆煮至开花备用;
  • 2.将冻干果干分别擀成粉末状备用,马铃薯粉和红薯粉加糖混合搅拌均匀,分成三等份,分别与冻干南瓜粉、冻干草莓粉和冻干蓝莓粉混合;
  • 3.将煮熟的芋头捣成芋泥,分成三等份与步骤二中的三份果粉混合,揉成面团,盖上保鲜膜醒一会儿;
  • 4.分别将面团揉成条状,切段;锅内添水,水沸后加入芋圆,煮至飘起,捞出放入凉纯净水中备用;
  • 5.碗内放入绿豆汤打底,放入芋圆;
  • 6.成品图,香香甜甜,一碗满足。
