Steps to make 东坡肉

  • 1.500克五花肉洗净
  • 2.开水煮7分钟,去沫去腥味
  • 3.晾凉后切成大方块
  • 4.砂锅底部铺上葱段和姜片以免糊锅
  • 5.肉皮朝下放入砂锅中,倒入500g绍兴酒,100g生抽,20g老抽和适量冰糖,基本没过肉
  • 6.大火烧开后改小伙焖2小时
  • 7.将焖好的肉盛入戴盖的大碗中
  • 8.再放入蒸锅中继续蒸30分钟
  • 9.将砂锅中的汁倒入蒸好的肉上
