  • 胡萝卜1小根
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 猪肉100克
  • 香菇20克
  • 韩式辣酱1小匙
  • 香油少许

Steps to make 【韩国泡菜炒饭】

  • 1.将所有材料准备好,胡萝卜去皮切丁,香菇切丁,猪肉切条或切丁都可,泡菜沥干水分切碎
  • 2.锅内倒入油加热,倒入香菇丁炒出香味
  • 3.把猪肉条加入到香菇丁中,翻炒至肉条变色
  • 4.加入切碎的泡菜,继续翻炒均匀
  • 5.加入一小匙辣酱,喜欢吃的就加多点,炒匀
  • 6.再加入熟米饭,充分翻炒至米饭无结块,撒入少许鸡精调料,炒匀
  • 7.上色后,淋入少许香油,拌匀即可装盘(中途无需再加盐,因为泡菜和辣酱本身咸味足够)
  • 8.另取一锅煎一个鸡蛋,放于炒饭上,可添加喜欢的海苔食用,也可省略
