前几天买的泡菜和芝士年糕昨天刚到,刚好这几天天气有点冷,我昨天还想着今天中午做泡菜锅。今天一大早女儿就打电话让我中午给她做泡菜锅,你说是不是母女俩心有灵犀啊。其实说真的,这个天气最适合吃热气腾腾的泡菜锅了。主要是简单方便、酸辣开胃,糯糯的年糕、酸脆的泡菜、爽滑的菌菇、鲜美可口的海鲜,想想都流口水!

  • 鱿鱼2个
  • 明虾200g
  • 豆腐200g
  • 杏鲍菇1个
  • 香菇8个
  • 生姜10g
  • 蒜头20g
  • 20g

Steps to make 韩式泡菜锅

  • 1.韩式泡菜200g切成段待用。
  • 2.香菇剪掉根部,切上花刀冲洗干净,杏鲍菇洗净切片,豆腐冲洗一下切片。
  • 3.鱿鱼撕掉外皮,洗干净切成段;明虾剪掉虾须,挑掉虾线,冲洗干净;葱洗净切段,蒜去皮切末,生姜去皮洗净切片。
  • 4.平菇、金针菇、海鲜菇剪掉根部,清洗干净,沥干水放入盘里待用!
  • 5.大白菜清洗干净用手撕成大块,芝士年糕冲洗一下待用。
  • 6.锅里放入适量油,放入生姜片、蒜末、葱白炒香。
  • 7.再放入韩式泡菜翻炒2分钟。
  • 8.韩式泡菜炒香倒入2000ml开水煮2分钟。
  • 9.放入适量盐和适量鸡精调匀。
  • 10.水再次煮开以后,放入大白菜、香菇、杏鲍菇、海鲜菇、金针菇、平菇煮3分钟。
  • 11.再放入豆腐、明虾、鱿鱼、芝士年糕煮熟。
  • 12.煮熟以后撒上葱花,酸爽开胃的韩式泡菜锅做好了,你想吃吗?糯糯的芝士年糕、鲜美的海鲜,美味的菌菇,有诱惑到你吗?
