花朵杯子蛋糕

Steps to make 花朵杯子蛋糕

  • 1.材料: 黄油120g 泡打粉2g 糖粉80g 低筋面粉140g 泡打粉 2g 全蛋120g 牛奶30ml 香草香精2滴。装饰材料:淡奶油、棉花糖、棒棒糖、QQ糖、奥利奥饼干少许
  • 2.黄油提前室温软化 软化的黄油放入盆中,用打蛋器略微搅拌
  • 3.将低筋粉和泡打粉过筛加入,慢速搅拌至颜色微微发白加入糖粉搅拌
  • 4.全蛋液搅匀后分几次加入,每次都要完全吸收后再将牛奶也分次加入直至搅打成均匀的面糊。
  • 5.加入几滴香草精拌匀后将面糊装入裱花袋,挤入加了纸杯的模具中7、8分满即可。
  • 6.放入已经提前预热的烤箱中,上火180°烤约30分钟左右
  • 7.将几块奥利奥饼干去夹心后用料理机打成粉。
  • 8.准备好几只棒棒糖,或者将QQ糖用牙签穿好做花心。将棉花糖用剪子剪成均匀的小段,每个截面自然形成一片花瓣。将其中一头剪平。
  • 9.将几块棉花糖放入烤箱,二分钟后膨大取出。
  • 10.沾少许烤过的棉花糖,黏在棒棒糖上,5—6片就做成一朵小花。
  • 11.淡奶油加糖打发。
  • 12.烤好晾凉的蛋糕抹上奶油。
  • 13.抓住蛋糕底部,去蘸取饼干屑,使每个蛋糕表面都均匀的沾上一层饼干屑。
  • 14.将做好的花朵插在杯子蛋糕上即可
