全麦欧包红糖大枣桂圆包
前几天上传过全麦欧包,跟前次做法不同的是形状有所改动,又加了大枣。

  • 橄榄油8克
  • 黄油7克
  • 130至135克
  • 3至4克
  • 红糖20克
  • 酵母3克
  • 大枣3颗

Steps to make 全麦欧包红糖大枣桂圆包

  • 1.全部材料合成面团。等待一次发酵
  • 2.基础发酵好后分二等分。擀圆饼。放大枣,桂圆。
  • 3.卷起圆柱形。切成段。
  • 4.竖起来放入烤盘。手压一下。上面刀割几个交叉口子。
  • 5.。二次发酵好入烤箱180度,15-20分具自家烤箱温度查看。
  • 6.低油低糖款既符合健康理念,又好吃。
