巧克力牛轧糖(耐烤巧克力版)
有一阵子买了好多耐烤巧克力,清理库存翻了出来,做面包一下子用不了那么多,索性用来做牛轧糖吧

  • 棉花糖180克
  • 花生125克
  • 耐烤巧克力73克
  • 黄油40克
  • 奶粉110克

Steps to make 巧克力牛轧糖(耐烤巧克力版)

  • 1.花生放烤箱底层180度烤5分钟,口感喜欢脆一点的可以多烤2分钟,烤的过程中注意观察火候
  • 2.去掉花生皮,用洗菜篮子把花生皮筛掉(可以在水槽里筛,避免花生皮到处飞
  • 3.不粘锅里放入软化好的黄油,小火加热融化黄油
  • 4.加入耐烤巧克力慢慢融化
  • 5.这是耐烤巧克力融化好的状态
  • 6.倒入180克棉花糖,继续最小火加热
  • 7.棉花糖炒到彻底融化后加入奶粉,快速混合棉花糖和奶粉(倒奶粉的图片忘了拍)
  • 8.加入花生关掉火源
  • 9.所有材料快速混合
  • 10.把混合均匀的牛轧糖倒入到不沾的烤盘(或者油纸上)
  • 11.放凉后切成小块
  • 12.牛轧糖用糖纸包起来
  • 13.很有嚼头的牛轧糖,可可味很浓
  • 14.建议冬天做,夏天温度高,做出来有点粘手
