  • 1.鹅翅流水冲去血水,备用。花椒和盐混合,放入干净的锅中炒热。
  • 2.趁热将盐和花椒的混合物抹在鹅翅上。搓进味道。加入葱继续搓。
  • 3.撒入料酒、切好的姜片。腌制12小时以上,充分入味。
  • 4.大火烧开水,放入鹅翅。煮开,转小火焖半小时。
  • 5.一盘味道鲜美的盐水鹅翅就大功告成啦~
