    • 1.材料:肉丝,千张(豆腐皮),葱,姜,香菜 调料:料酒,耗油,酱油,鸡精,甜面酱。
    • 2.香菜切成段,葱姜切成细丝。
    • 3.把豆腐皮切成正方形,摆盘。
    • 4.锅里放入油,烧热,加入大料,花椒和姜丝爆出香味。
    • 5.加入肉丝翻炒至颜色发白,加入料酒。
    • 6.加入酱油,耗油翻炒。
    • 7.出锅前加入甜面酱和鸡精炒匀,出锅啦。
