日式照烧丸子 (水煮版)
把肥油都煮出来后吃着,即解了馋又不油腻,最适合现在这季节吃了!咱终于可以放心大口吃肉了啊 !发现猪肉丸子用水煮过后吃着那个香滑可口啊!

    Steps to make 日式照烧丸子 (水煮版)

    • 1.把大葱切丝,姜切丝之后再切成粒。(口感好)
    • 2.猪肉剁成肉末,加入姜末,酱油1勺,料酒1勺,盐半勺,白糖半勺,辣椒粉,胡椒粉适量,1大勺淀粉,搅拌均匀后放置15分钟。
    • 3..腌制15分钟之后,把肉末团成肉丸。(手上粘点水,防粘手)
    • 4.锅里倒水烧开之后,放点姜片再把团好的肉丸也放进去煮。(大家做的时候水量要没过肉丸!我先前水量只有一半,露出水面的肉末容易裂开,后来又倒进去了点开水)
    • 5.盖上锅盖,中火,煮5分钟左右!
    • 6.5分钟之后关火,再把肉丸捞出。
    • 7.锅里重新倒半碗干净的清水烧开,再把烧好的肉丸放进去。
    • 8.准备一只干净的碗,调入酱油1勺,料酒1勺,盐1勺,蜂蜜1勺(或白糖),辣椒粉,胡椒粉,烧烤酱(没有可不放),淀粉1大勺,搅拌均匀。
    • 9.大火,把调好的料汁倒进锅内。让料汁包裹住肉丸,入味后,装盘撒上葱丝。
    • 10.做好喽,开吃前来张近照。
