可口的日式甜品——蜜豆琼脂
日本在还没有冷气和冰箱的时代就已经制作出许多清凉的甜品,特别是用琼脂做出来的甜品不但口感清爽,外观看起来也很清凉,再用新鲜水果装饰后看上去食欲大开。这款甜品非常好吃,赶紧动手做起来享受吧。

Steps to make 可口的日式甜品——蜜豆琼脂

  • 1.小锅中倒入水、琼脂加热,一直搅拌至沸腾后再煮3分钟;
  • 2.关火加入砂糖搅拌融化;
  • 3.用滤网把琼脂液过滤进中等大小的方型容器中,放凉后放进冷藏室冷藏;
  • 4.清水慢慢地倒入装有糯米粉的容器中,用手揉搓到不粘盆的状态;
  • 5.分成若干团,再搓成条;
  • 6.分成大约1C M左右的小块,在手心揉成球状,用大拇指稍压一下球的中央;
  • 7.煮锅内水烧开,下汤圆,用漏网轻轻搅动一下以防粘锅;
  • 8.保持水沸腾煮2分钟,汤圆浮上来后再煮1分钟,用漏网将汤圆捞起,放进事先准备的冰水中瞬间冷却;
  • 9.冷却后立即捞起,放在滤网上沥干水分;
  • 10.草莓洗净,用淡盐水浸泡10分钟后用清水洗净滤干水分,橙子去皮切成瓣状;
  • 11.准备蜜红豆及彩豆;
  • 12.取出冷藏好的琼脂,切成丁状;
  • 13.在容器底部放上适量的琼脂丁,依次摆上汤圆、蜜豆、橙子、草莓、糖煮栗子,最后舀入冰淇淋,如果喜欢还可放入焦糖酱;
