清蒸红杉鱼

Steps to make 清蒸红杉鱼

  • 1.将两条鱼去鳞去肚洗净装盘,放上4块姜片。
  • 2.上锅注水烧开,放入鱼盖上锅盖,用大火隔水蒸个8分钟即可。(如果魚较小适当缩小蒸的时间)
  • 3.取出蒸好的鱼,倒掉蒸出来的水,淋上适量的蒸鱼示油。
  • 4.放入切好的葱丝。
  • 5.将锅里蒸过鱼的水倒掉,重新上锅加热,加入大约3汤匙的油烧滚烫。
  • 6.均匀的淋在鱼上面完成。
  • 7.成品。香甜原汁原味。
