  • 1.准备好配料(姜切片,葱切段)
  • 2.五花肉切成小块后焯下血水捞出沥水备用
  • 3.锅里倒入少许食用油烧热,放入冰糖熬制糖色
  • 4.这个程度就可以(小火慢慢熬别糊了)
  • 5.放入五花肉
  • 6.小火炒上色
  • 7.放入姜片,料酒,生抽,八角,花椒翻炒均匀
  • 8.放入少许葱段,加入适量的水没过肉,小火炖35-40分钟
  • 9.炖好后放入少许盐和鸡精,大火收下汤汁既可
