奶酪焗土豆泥
早就听说紫皮土豆非常好吃,我是土豆控,心里早就长早了。正好孩子的大爷送来几个紫皮土豆,元旦家庭聚会吃火锅的时候煮了2个,大家一抢而光了,剩下的我就没舍得拿出了,我心里早就盘算好了这道芝士焗土豆泥了。

Steps to make 奶酪焗土豆泥

  • 1.准备好所用食材。
  • 2.土豆洗净和鸡蛋放入蒸锅,蒸制土豆能用筷子扎透即可。
  • 3.黄瓜切成小丁,玉米粒沥干水分。
  • 4.蒸好的土豆趁热去皮,加入蛋黄。
  • 5.加入黄油 盐 黑胡椒粉。
  • 6.土豆用勺子一边搅拌一边捻成泥,时黄油完全融化。
  • 7.加入牛奶,调出自己喜欢的粘稠状。
  • 8.加入玉米粒 和黄瓜丁搅拌均匀。
  • 9.用勺子把土豆泥抹平后铺上一层马苏里拉奶酪和总统安文达切丝奶酪。
  • 10.入烤箱 220°,烤制10分钟左右 烤至奶酪金黄起酥即可。
