榴莲~有些人避之不及,但对于有些人来说,这种美食却是心头最爱。一颗榴莲剥出来一大碗肉,家里老人和小朋友却不肯吃,只有我一个人来消耗,实在太多,于是学习别人做出了榴莲酥,没想到老人小朋友却愿意吃榴莲酥~~

    Steps to make 榴莲酥

    • 1.榴莲肉用勺子压碎。
    • 2.印度飞饼2张,叠放在一起,撒上层薄面粉防止粘连。
    • 3.用擀面杖将飞饼擀成长方形薄片,用刀切成正方形面片。
    • 4.面片四周用鸡蛋液轻轻刷一层。
    • 5.中间放上适量榴莲肉。
    • 6.面片对折。
    • 7.用叉子压边会好看些。
    • 8.做好的榴莲酥码在铺了油纸的烤网上,送入预热190度的烤箱。
    • 9.表面快要发黄的时候取出烤网,刷上剩下的蛋液,再放入烤箱,烤至表面焦黄就可以出炉了。
