咖喱牛腩饭

Steps to make 咖喱牛腩饭

  • 1.牛腩切大块,高压锅先压软备用,大概上汽后压10分钟,土豆胡萝卜切成和牛腩一样大块,洋葱切成图片大小(十字切两刀就行了)。牛腩放锅底,分别铺上胡萝卜块土豆块和洋葱,加水(或者压牛腩的汤)适量,水位大概刚泡过牛腩即可。盖上盖,压7分钟左右。
  • 2.排气后加入咖喱糕煮融化,中大火收汁到有点稠就可以了,如图,不用太稠。
