Steps to make 日式炸猪排

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.把猪排清洗沥干,划出刀痕,用刀背拍松软。
  • 3.洒盐胡椒粉料酒,把猪排腌制半小时以上入味。
  • 4.把腌制好的猪排裹玉米淀粉。
  • 5.裹蛋液。
  • 6.裹面包糠。
  • 7.锅放足量的油,175度左右把猪排入油锅炸,用中小火慢慢炸至双面金黄。
  • 8.把炸好的猪排,用厨房纸巾吸油后晾凉。
  • 9.切成条状,表面淋辣椒酱。
