酸萝卜鸭煲
这道酸萝卜鸭煲,以喝汤为主,酸鲜可口开胃,鸭肉香软脱骨。尤其适合牙口不好的人吃喝。

Steps to make 酸萝卜鸭煲

  • 1.鸭肉买来,先用清水浸泡一会儿。因为是冰冻的半边鸭。如果是活杀的,可以跳过这一步。
  • 2.泡菜坛边沿的水小心地倒去,打开坛盖,用干净的筷子取出酸萝卜
  • 3.捞起半边鸭,剁成块。
  • 4.入锅里焯水后,用自来水冲洗干净
  • 5.锅里放少许油,大约一小汤勺,皮朝下放入鸭块,这样做可以炸出鸭皮里的油
  • 6.翻炒几下后加入料酒 ,大约一小汤,,盖锅盖1、2分钟。去异味提香
  • 7.紫砂煲内用葱姜打底,先放入酸萝卜
  • 8.再放入鸭块,加水没过所有食材
  • 9.加盖通电后,选高火,烧开
  • 10.汤水大滚后,改小火炖2小时
  • 11.看鸭肉脱骨,就完全炖好了。关了,不装汤碗,用大汤勺舀入自己的小碗,慢慢品尝。
