土司pizza和胡萝卜凉菜

    Steps to make 土司pizza和胡萝卜凉菜

    • 1.食材表• 土司(较厚为好,为更好拖住上面的好料)• Mozzarella cheese• 洋葱(四只土司要用一个大洋葱)• 樱桃番茄• 芦笋• 培根• 盐• 胡椒• 红糖• 黄油胡萝卜凉菜• 胡萝卜• 金针菇• 柠檬(两人份需要半个柠檬的汁)• Extra virgin olive oil(用好品质的香油也会不错)• 蒜茸• 香菜
    • 2.烤箱预热180度,同时用黄油翻炒洋葱至焦糖色,盐、研磨黑胡椒和红糖调味。
    • 3.等待洋葱变色的时候可以将胡萝卜擦丝,金针菇入微波炉40s。
    • 4.此时将土司放入烤箱中烘烤至略带金黄色(约5min),当心不要过度烘烤,等下还要进一次烤箱。
    • 5.将芦笋用橄榄油煎至略焦,盐、研磨黑胡椒调味。
    • 6.将培根煎至略带焦糖色。
    • 7.洋葱-培根-芦笋-cheese-樱桃番茄,以次顺序组合,少许盐调味。
    • 8.180C中上层烘烤10min至cheese融化、番茄出汁即可。
    • 9.趁烘烤空档混合胡萝卜丝、金针菇、香菜碎,盐、研磨黑胡椒、柠檬汁、橄榄油、蒜蓉调味,橄榄油可以多些,冷藏片刻。
    • 10.取出烤好的土司pizza就趁热开动!土司的边缘会非常酥脆,中心因第一次烘烤排去水分,第二次烘烤吸收部分食材水分变得松软不湿,尤其是吃到番茄的时候爆浆的一刻会足够满足,来,试着做做看吧!
