香菇酱焖茭白
蝉声起,茭白嫩。转眼又是年过半,转眼茭白又上桌。茭白的营养丰富,不仅含糖类、有机氮、水分、还含有赖氨酸等17种氨基酸,其中苏氨酸、甲硫氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸等为人体所必需的氨基酸。在我们老家的干蒸茭白,爆炒茭白,水煮茭白。。。。而今天我用的是香菇酱焖制茭白。

Steps to make 香菇酱焖茭白

  • 1.备好所用食材
  • 2.预热电砂锅五分钟。
  • 3.再加入色拉油微加热。
  • 4.将茭白改刀洗净下锅。
  • 5.拌一下之后上盖焖五分钟。
  • 6.焖好后是如图状,这款锅我锁水性还是很棒的。
  • 7.再加入二茶匙的香菇酱。
  • 8.香菇酱用料足,口感很丰富。
  • 9.焖十分钟之后加入生抽香葱提鲜点缀一下即可。
  • 10.这样子一份香菇酱焖茭白就完成了。
