Steps to make 糯米糕

  • 1.用开水合好糯米粉(不要忘了加点面粉哦!),揉成面团。
  • 2.接下来要把糯米团做成长条形状,用刀均匀切成一小块一小块的剂子。
  • 3.这个很好玩哦,把弄好的剂子团做成圆饼状(亲们也可以随意做成自己喜欢的形状哦),注意不要太厚,不然不好做熟。
  • 4.下面开始煎喽!往平底锅里倒入适量的油(要刚刚好没过糯米糕的表面哦),然后开始煎糯米糕吧。。
  • 5.亲们,注意煎到金黄色的时候就可以了哦,然后捞出糯米糕,蓖去平底锅剩余的油。
  • 6.往锅里加上两勺桂花糖浆和一小碗开水(喜欢吃甜食的亲们也可以多放些糖哦),然后把糯米糕放进去,待汁水渐稠时就可以出锅喽!
  • 7.将将将将!好吃的糯米糕大功告成啦!“撒花”
