    • 6.搅拌均匀,腌二十分钟。
    • 7.生姜切片,干红椒切小段。
    • 8.油锅烧热,下入干红椒,生姜片,花椒,大料。
    • 9.炒出香味后,倒出一半放入碗内。
    • 10.下入切好的酸菜。
    • 11.炒出香味后,加入适量的水。
    • 12.水煮开。
    • 13.倒入豆腐块。
    • 14.豆腐入味后,下入腌好的牛肉片,滑散。
    • 15.牛肉熟后,加入适量的盐。
    • 16.装入碗内。
    • 17.倒上另外一半辣椒油即可。
