  • 1.干木耳和香菇提前泡发,香菇水澄清备用
  • 2.木耳洗净撕成小朵
  • 3.香菇、火腿肠和蒜均切薄片
  • 4.鸡蛋里加一点点姜粉、盐和料酒打散
  • 5.热锅下油
  • 6.油热后倒入鸡蛋液
  • 7.煎至稍微定型,翻面滑散
  • 8.盛出备用
  • 9.热锅再下少许油,倒入蒜片爆香
  • 10.倒入香菇
  • 11.加入1/2匙花椒粉、1匙生抽
  • 12.大火翻炒至香菇变色入味
  • 13.倒入木耳、火腿肠和4勺香菇水翻炒均匀,加入1勺半蚝油、1勺料酒再翻炒1分钟
  • 14.倒入鸡蛋翻炒均匀
