Steps to make 晴川娃娃包

  • 1.材料1拌匀,和成团,加入油,揉成光滑面团,再分出两块小面团,分别揉入竹炭粉和红曲粉。全部的面团静置十分钟。一发做法。
  • 2.娃娃脸是一个面团30克,包入豆沙,揉成圆形。
  • 3.黑面团擀平,用饺子模压出圆形
  • 4.再用裱花嘴压出小圆,中间推一推,形成一个小桃形
  • 5.搓一条比圆形脸大的长条,和一条细小的。
  • 6.然后细长条对折后,沾水粘到大的黑条上面,当发髻。如图
  • 7.将圆片,一切为二。先将桃形沾水贴在中间偏上的位置,再把半圆片沾水贴上去,如图。
  • 8.将刚才弄好的发髻贴到头上。黑面片,擀平,用吸管压出圆眼。红面团,捏出一点当小嘴。白面团捏成小圆,点上红点,当耳朵。夏天室温发酵半小时,冬天烤箱30度发酵半小时,蒸十分钟。
