原只椰子炖双皮奶

  • 蛋清2个
  • 细砂糖30g

Steps to make 原只椰子炖双皮奶

  • 1.把牛奶倒入没有椰汁的带肉椰壳中;
  • 2.椰子盖上保鲜膜,放入蒸烤箱蒸40分钟左右;
  • 3.蒸好的椰子牛奶拿出放凉后,会形成一层奶皮,用小刀沿着椰子边划一圈,让奶皮和椰子壁慢慢分离;
  • 4.放把椰子里的牛奶慢慢地倒入另一个无水干净的碗里;
  • 5.椰子壳留点奶,不要倒净,确保奶皮不要粘在椰子底部,不然会浮不起来的。
  • 6.分离蛋清后加入细砂糖搅拌均匀;
  • 7.搅拌好的蛋清倒入碗里的牛奶中混合均匀;
  • 8.把蛋清奶液慢慢沿着刚才划破的奶皮缺口倒回椰子壳里,让奶皮浮在上面;
  • 9.盖上保鲜膜再次使用蒸烤箱的蒸功能 115℃,蒸 40 分钟。40分钟后停止加热,让椰子在里面闷5分钟再取出即可享用 。
  • 10.炖好的双皮奶夹着淡淡的椰香,十分美味!
