玻璃糖心饼干

  • 黄油80g
  • 低粉200g
  • 泡打粉1/2泡打粉
  • 细砂糖60g
  • 鸡蛋40g

Steps to make 玻璃糖心饼干

  • 1.备好原料
  • 2.把室温软化的黄油加入干净干爽的容器里
  • 3.倒入细砂糖
  • 4.搅打均匀,至颜色变淡,体积变蓬松
  • 5.分两次加入鸡蛋液,搅打均匀
  • 6.加入第二次,搅打均匀
  • 7.筛入低粉和泡打粉
  • 8.搅拌均匀成小面团
  • 9.用手揉成面团
  • 10.将面团装入保鲜袋,擀成面块
  • 11.准备水果糖碎(尽量压碎)
  • 12.剪开保鲜袋
  • 13.用饼干模具取出不同形状的小面块
  • 14.用大号花嘴在小面块的中间压出空心部分 (这是预热烤箱,160度,10分钟左右)
  • 15.用吸管/小圆花嘴压出绳洞
  • 16.把小面块整齐的排在烤盘上,中间空心部分放入水果糖碎,尽量的多
  • 17.放入预热好的烤箱,160度,20分钟左右
  • 18.穿绳子吊起来,感觉不错
  • 19.在阳光下,显得更美
  • 20.和绿色很搭
  • 21.形状多些, 视觉就丰富些
  • 22.像饼干在开PARTY,画面很热闹
