Steps to make 宝宝馄饨

  • 1.准备好:葱,香菇,瘦肉,小麦粉,还有核桃油
  • 2.将瘦肉切丁,香菇切丁,葱切丁,各自切好后混在一起剁成泥,越细越好
  • 3.剁好后加入两滴核桃油备用
  • 4.和面,面和水比例4:1,因为宝宝吃,所以我一般做的都比较少
  • 5.和面好,静置揉团开始擀面皮,面板上撒上面粉,面团上也抹上面粉防粘
  • 6.皮子擀的越薄越好,宝宝吃,薄的容易煮烂也容易消化
  • 7.擀好皮用到切成梯形就可以了
  • 8.开始包馄饨
  • 9.我随便包的,样子凑合看吧
  • 10.排骨萝卜汤煮沸后放入馄饨煮熟即可
  • 11.成品,很香,可以适当放入虾粉,宝宝吃不要放任何调料
