  • 1.金鲳鱼处理干净备用。
  • 2.姜辣椒分别切丝,葱切片余下的一半量也切成丝,鱼身两侧划几刀。
  • 3.鱼里放入葱片姜丝,加入料酒腌制十分钟去腥。
  • 4.鱼身表面刷油,放入蒸锅蒸8分钟。
  • 5.蒸好的鱼去掉表面的葱姜倒掉盘里的汤汁,放上新鲜的葱姜辣椒丝,加入酱油。
  • 6.淋上蒸鱼酱油。
  • 7.泼上烧好的热油激发出香味即可。
