Steps to make 辣椒小鱼咸菜

  • 1.鱼收拾好,辣椒、香菜等原料洗净控水备用。
  • 2.锅里放适量的油,我放的是没过锅1cm的量。先把鱼煎熟透(这样鱼刺都可以吃了),捞出。
  • 3.用剩下的油煎辣椒,辣椒皮变成虎皮色即可。
  • 4.就着刚才煎完鱼和辣椒的锅,如果油用完了,再放点油,平时炒菜的量就行。放入大料、花椒、葱段、蒜粒炒出香味。
  • 5.锅里放两勺白糖,放酱油、鱼和辣椒,烧开。
  • 6.最后放入香菜。香菜没在酱油里变色了,再烧开就关火,放入适量味精。
