这又是一个典型的用来下酒的菜肴,脆脆的猪耳丝用料汁简单调制一下,嚼起来爽脆,香辣。面对这盘菜,不来杯酒是说不过去的。

  • 1.熟猪耳朵片去肥腻部分,切细条。
  • 2.青红椒洗净后同样切细丝,备用。
  • 3.把猪耳朵条、青红椒丝盛到小盆里,倒入一匙生抽。
  • 4.一汤匙香醋,拌匀。
  • 5.一汤匙白糖,拌匀提鲜。
  • 6.再来上一勺自制的红油,让味道更丰富一些。最后撒上些熟芝麻即可盛盘。
