  • 1.第二遍的洗米水用来做汤底(我家米饭里爱放些杂粮麦粒)
  • 2.淘米水的量看你想做多少的酱汤,自己掌握
  • 3.用小干鱼做汤底料,我买的是大包的韩国小干鱼
  • 4.锅里倒进淘米水,跟小干鱼一起煮5,6分钟
  • 5.需要准备的食材
  • 6.我放了大概3勺韩式大酱,也可根据个人口味调节
  • 7.放好了酱,接着放洋葱和角瓜
  • 8.蔬菜煮开后,放一勺辣椒粉,喜辣的可以多放
  • 9.辣椒粉搅匀后,放豆腐和蒜蓉
  • 10.然后放入切片的小辣椒(辣的那种)
  • 11.最后放蘑菇,我家因为人多,所以用了大汤锅做,一般韩国家庭都用石锅,效果最佳。
